Why am i having these flutters in my chest?

I have been having heart flutters in my chest for the past three days now. I remember a couple of months ago, i had the same feeling but only worst. Before, there were nights that i was afraid to sleep because of the feeling. Now the flutters are back. Can anyone tell me, why im having this feeling or even what should i do?

    PLEASE CALL OR GO TO THE DOCTOR OFFICE, IT MAY BE RELATED TO YOUR HEART FROM STRESS, CAFFEINE OR TOO MUCH SUGAR AND NOT ENOUGH SLEEP. YOU MUST GET THIS CHECKED OUT, ESP SINCE ITS 3 DAYS AMND NOT THE FIRST TIME
