You may be using too much caffeine in your diet:
Coffee,tea,Pepsi,Coke,Dr Pepper,Mt Dew,Sunkist Orange,chocolate[candy,hot chocolate,chocolate milk]
and ESPECIALLY Energy drinks, which are nothing but sugar and caffeine, which come crashing down on people who drink them, after about four hours, at which time, people usually drink another one!

These caffeine drinks can all cause palpitations. No, it is NOT good to have continued palpitations. If these caffeine products are not being used by you, then you need to see your MD to find out what else is wrong.

You don’t have to stop everything, but at least cut in half what you are using every day. You will see a difference.
Drink more water, juices, etc., especially water. If you don’t like water, try the flavored waters, with lotsa ice.
